I tried to disconnect and reconnect my Microsoft account from my computer but at present I can't reconnect my business relationship. Information technology is stuck as a local business relationship.

I am distressing to know that information technology is stuck as a local business relationship.

You tin can follow the steps below to switch to a Microsoft account.

  1. Printing Windows Logo Key+I to open Settings. Click/tap on the Change PC settings link at the lesser right corner. Click/tap on Accounts in the left pane.
  2. Click/tap on Your business relationship in the left pane, click/tap on Connect to a Microsoft account in the correct pane,
  3. Enter your local user business relationship's password, and click/tap on Next.

I tried this merely it doesn't work. I do become error code 0xd0000072 though.

Equally y'all mentioned that y'all are getting an error 0xd0000072 while signing in to your computer.

Every bit you mentioned, you want to remove trusted PC from Microsoft Account.

Please follow the steps given below.

  1. Log in to your Microsoft Account.
  2. Under Business relationship Summary > Overview, you lot will see a section password and security info.
  3. Identify the PC that you want to remove as trusted PC and click on Edit Security Info.
  4. You volition run into a message "you are currently using this PC" Click on delete.

As y'all mentioned, y'all want to remove trusted PC from Microsoft Account.

  1. Log in to your Microsoft Account.

When I follow these steps - considering I am having the same problem - I'm not seeing step by step where these options are. I sign into my Microsoft account and in that location is no 'countersign and security info' section that I can click on. Please help - I take inverse my countersign and my laptop is Nonetheless not recognizing it and saying I need to sign in!
